As sure as I say I'm going to take the day off and go back to bed after I finish my coffee, I'll be back up scrounging for a notebook to write something in, so I'm just going to carry the whole stack to bed with me. I have nearly 20 spirals going.

I feel like I rode Thunderation 15 times and then got thrown out and run over.

I haven't fallen this hard since 2008 when I busted my knee open, and I've never been checked for a concussion before, despite all the brain scans I've had. The worst of it so far is my jaw clenching from the full upper torso whiplash and it killing me to sit up because I wrenched my lower back and apparently nailed my tailbone and sacroiliac on the right side somehow going down. If you've never had your jaw clench for more than 24 hours, go you. Tis my fibro hell, years of experience, old stuff, and the best way to get through the rest of this week, since I can't do pills any more and a narcotic shot is contraindicated with head injury, is with ice packs, gentle stretching, good hydration, extra protein, and the awesome Primeval complete series with Andrew Lee Potts, BOOYA. Scary that the complete series is already over $250, reminds me of the old days in Lexx marketing when the company sold and suddenly it was out of print and super hard to get. But I was able to get region 1 in batches, thank goodness, still a bit expensive, but Andrew Lee Potts, people. Stolen Light Film follows me on twitter. I know, Americans probably don't think that's a big deal, but he's been cast in lead roles in the Syfy miniseries Alice with some pretty sweet names, and the Syfy original movie True Bloodthirst, also named Vampyre Nation. But I've been an Andrew fan since Primeval, which I've never seen from start to finish, just mostly seasons 3 & 4. If you're not yet a BBC fan, careful, you stick in a toe and you get sucked in up to your eyeballs before you can blink.

I've actually got to get a little laundry done today, too. Out of pants.

Back in the day I had several myspace accounts crammed with my fave youtubes. I didn't know back then how to rescue them before they disappeared. Most of my favorites are dust in the wind now.

The hardest part about getting up in the morning is when you've already done it 4 times and it's only 6 a.m.

Talked to a couple other chicken owners about the severe lack of spiders this year and how we had wanted to get pictures of those gigantic webs spanning 20 feet between trees and down to the ground and stuff last fall, but the chickens apparently wiped them all out. Funny how we're all so disappointed.

I forgot to go to lab last Friday. Stuff still falls out of my brain sometimes, and when the freezing rain started I guess I didn't notice I missed something on my list. So today when I go in for PT I've gotta stop by lab for bloodwork checking for CA125. If I had gotten my certification I think I'd have liked to be a phlebotomist.

This is the kind of veering off I do when I search bloodwork to see if it can be all one word even if my editor is having fits over it. Now I wanna see this movie. Wonder if people outside the U.S. think we really do secret sinister human testing over here, can't help noticing the release dates and alt film titles for other countries. Click to check it out.

Not helping that I'm back in spaz mode from holding burrito so much this weekend, was up and down a bit last night with some fairly nasty head, neck, and jaw stuff. More ASTYM around my knee and leg today will be joyful by sheer comparison. But I'm digressing again, I need to grab my collar and fling myself across the room before I jaunt glibly back off into the ether.

Of all the Star Trek stuffs out there, this series will always be my fave.

I very rarely look at stats on my spoonie blog. I don't push or link that blog beyond the most bare moments. I was only looking on a whim today, with no intentions, and I can't help noticing that the little rushes of hits don't necessarily coincide with me actually publishing posts.

When I take a closer look that becomes very obvious. I had not posted at all there since January 8th.

I guess that blog link is being shared once in awhile now, sweet. That's nice to know. I've had another post for that blog on my mind for about a week now, maybe I'll get on that pretty soon.

I've spent my day freed from a remarkably heavy burden. I guess just making the decision and the effort to out with some real feelings was a bigger deal than I thought. I can only imagine how I'll feel when the first book is done.
